Thought not, so the Jelly Help folder on your desktop contains a wealth of information (even the frequently ignored manuals) to answer any questions from how to block book appointments to where to set up a promotion.

Support operates from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Emails received out of hours will be answered during the next working day with the exception of severity one issues.

Severity one issues are classed as those issues where the use of any Jelly product is severely impacted ie. our software fails to start on your machine.

So we know you really want us, all additional remote training needs to be purchased in advance here and then just drop us a line to arrange a time and date.

Euro payments can be made on a monthly basis using the button below but subscriptions in UK pounds must be via a standing order only please. The standing order mandate can be found in Jelly under Documents.

Your system requirements

  • A mobile phone with a good text package (business tariff – see our Partners page)
  • A POP 3 email account or Mail Chimp account

A PC with:

Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Vista Service Pack 1 or XP with Service Pack 3

2GB of memory

Install any outstanding Microsoft patches or fixes

If installing Microsoft Office 2010 please ensure that you use the disc supplied and do not purchase the licence for the pre installed version.

If at any point you need us to move your copy of Jelly onto another computer we charge £50 for this service.

To configure additional computers to access your main copy of Jelly (within the same building) we charge a one off fee of £50 with discounts available for more than two computers.
