Jelly started life as a clinic management software system for the health market in 2008 and subsequently matured in some of the most demanding and busy clinics in the country. It evolved into a complete business software package for a specialised and highly regulated industry so we knew with confidence that we could bring this expertise to meet the demanding needs of hair and beauty salons so we went to work moulding Jelly.

Within Jelly, we developed a feature called Jellyfish. This allowed salons and clinics to send personalised email or SMS messages and marketing campaigns directly to their customers via Jelly.

Seeing the imaginative marketing campaigns that our customers were sending out, we realised that a whole range of businesses could benefit from its incredible features so we developed, and significantly enhanced, Jellyfish to be a stand alone product.
